How does the free trial work?+
You'll enter card details when you subscribe, but we don't charge you until day 4. Cancel any time in the first 3 days from Account Settings and your card won't be touched.
What if I need to stop the subscription later?+
You can cancel from inside the app at any time — you keep access until the end of the paid period, then move to a read-only lock screen where you can renew or export your data.
Is my client data secure?+
Yes. All forms are encrypted with AES-256 in your browser before syncing. Neither we nor anyone else on the server can read your case data without your device key.
What devices can I use it on?+
Any modern browser on any modern device: iPad, Android tablet, MacBook, Windows laptop, desktop PC, iPhone or Android phone. Install it as a PWA on your iPad or tablet for a native-app feel, or just use it in Chrome / Safari / Edge on your laptop. Everything works fully offline once installed — great for police stations with poor signal — and a 4-digit device PIN lets you unlock in one tap so you don't have to type your password on every visit.
